The NFL Draft is less than three weeks away, and Chris Long has been a hot topic among experts and fans alike. Long is projected by many to go second to the St. Louis Rams, but right now, can only wait and see where things fall.
Long's attitude is that he knows he's getting drafted, and he can't control what happens, so he will just wait and see what happens. The former Cavalier put together a phenomenal senior year, posting 14 sacks and 19 tackles for loss, helping him grab ACC Defensive Player of the Year honors.
The NFL Draft is April 26-27 in New York City. Long's former teammate, Branden Albert, has increased his stock, as he is now a projected top ten pick.
This past weekend, we caught up with Howie Long, who says that Chris is handling things very well. Click on the above video link to hear what the elder Long has to say about the draft.
