Mike London's recruiting footprint in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area continued to grow Saturday as four-star wide receiver Jamil Kamara of Bishop Sullivan committed to Virginia at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl Saturday.
Kamara becomes the 15th member of the Cavaliers' 2014 recruiting class.
The 6'2 Kamara chose Virginia over Wisconsin and Pittsburgh. He's rated as a four-star prospect by the recruiting experts at ESPN, Rivals and 247Sports.
Kamara's commitment continues a trend of prominent Tidewater-area prospects coming to the Cavaliers.
Five-star defensive tackle Andrew Brown, the Gatorade National Player of the Year, and Quin Blanding, a five-star safety from Bayside High School, committed to Virginia last year.
