Former Cavalier hoops standout Roger Mason Jr. was signed by the San Antonio Spurs late Wednesday night. The deal is for two years and worth 7.3 million dollars.
Mason was drafted in 2002 by the Bulls with the 31st pick, and has spent the last three season with the Washington Wizards. This past season was Mason's best as a professional, averaging 9.1 points per game, while appearing in 80 contests.
Mason brings more playoff experience to a team that has been a consistent contender in the Western Conference. The Spurs currently have no comment on the signing of Roger Mason Jr.
