In a story first reported by CBS19, Peter Lalich's unlawful alcohol purchase/possession case has been continued until July 21, 2009.
The Virginia quarterback's case appeared in front of the Charlottesville General District Court on Monday, and was continued. No further details have been released.
Lalich appeared in eight games last season, throwing for two touchdowns and an interception. He will compete for the starting quarterback job with Scott Deke and Marc Verica this season.
