UVa Football Players Found Not Guilty of Theft

Two University of Virginia football players accused of stealing beer from a Charlottesville nightclub were found not guilty on Monday.

Will Barker and David Roberts were both accused of stealing beer from Club 216. Both were acquitted of the theft charge.

Roberts does have to enroll in a Pre-Conviction Program for being a minor in possession of alcohol. He will also have to pay a fine for having a fake drivers license.
