Cavalier head football coach Al Groh has had a busy month since the end of the season. Virginia's season ended on November 29 with a 17-14 loss to Virginia Tech, and the Cavalier program has seen some changes since then.

CBS19 caught up with Groh on Thursday and got the head coaches' thoughts on several topics. Groh talked about Kevin Ogletree and his decision to enter the NFL Draft. He discussed the thought process that went into Ogletree's decision, adding that he and the program support the wide receiver's decision.

Groh also touched on coaching changes, as Gregg Brandon and Latrell Scott join the staff for the 2009 season. Brandon takes over at offensive coordinator for the departed Mike Groh, while Scott takes the position of wide receivers coach.

Coach Groh admitted that the last month has been challenging, but says that coaching is a challenging business. He elaborated, stating that he walks through the door expected three challenges each day.
