Cavalier Men Fall to Duke; Lose Fifth Straight

Sylven Landisberg led the Cavaliers with 20 points in a losing effort against No. 1 Duke, 79-54 on Sunday.

The Cavaliers never led at anypoint in the defeat as the Blue Devils handed the Cavs their fifth straight loss to fall to 1-5 in the ACC. Mike Scott also chipped in 10 points for Virginia.

Jon Scheyer finished with 11 points for Duke, which improved to 13-0 at home this season.

Virginia returns to action Wednesday Feb. 4th, against Boston College.
