The Virginia men's basketball team hopes to snap a five game losing streak when Boston College visits John Paul Jones Arena tomorrow night.
The Cavaliers have dominated their series with the Eagles, winning all but one of the seven meetings between the two teams. Last season Virginia swept the season series with BC, winning by a final of 84-66 at home and 79-74 in Chestnut Hill, MA.
This season the two teams are heading in opposite directions as they prepare to meet Wednesday night. The Cavaliers have lost five straight after falling by 25 at Duke, while the Eagles have won four straight after edging Virginia Tech by a point on Saturday. Overall, Virginia is 7-10 with a 1-5 record in conference play. Boston College is 5-3 in the ACC, 17-6 overall.
Tip-off for tomorrow's game is set for 7 pm from John Paul Jones Arena. Following Wednesday night's game, the Cavaliers will hit the road for games against North Carolina and Florida State.
