Vinny Testaverde Inducted into FUMA Hall of Fame

The Fork Union Military Academy enshrined four of its greatest alumuni into its Sports Hall of Fame on Thursday night. Headlining the class was Heisman Trophy winner and NFL Pro Bowler Vinny Testaverde. Testaverde was joined by Pro Bowl offensive tackle, Roman Oben; NBA and former UNC Tar Heel 3-point shooter Shammond Williams.

Testaverde spent 20 years in the NFL with eight teams. He is a former Heisman Trophy winner and the first overall pick by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the 1987 NFL Draft. Over his illustrious career, Testaverde compiled over 46,000 passing yards and 275 touchdown passes. He is honored to be part of an elite fraternity in Fork Union Military Academy's hall of fame.
