Dombrowski Enshrined in College Football Hall of Fame

Former Cavalier Jim Dombrowski was one of 17 players enshrined in the College Football Hall of Fame Saturday night.

Dombrowski was a two-time winner of the Jacobs Blocking Trophy and a unanimous first team All-American in 1985. After school, Dombrowski was the 6th overall pick in the 1986 NFL Draft and went on to play 11 seasons with the New Orleans Saints.

Dombrowski's number 73 is retired at Virginia. He is also featured on the Legends Walk at Scott Stadium.
