Virginia men's basketball coach Tony Bennett has landed his second commitment for 2010 in Joe Harris.
The 6'5" guard out of Washington was originally recruited by Bennett while Bennett was the head coach at Washington State. Harris is the reigning 1A player of the year in the state of Washington. He averaged 26 points and just over four rebounds per game last season, while shooting 53 percent from the field.
Harris chose Virginia over Washington, Washington State and the University of San Diego.
