Brett Goodloe went 2-4 with an RBI at the plate, and got the win on the mound, as the STAB Baseball Team knocked off Miller, 6-2, at Perry Field. The win was the Saints' second in a row, after snapping a three game losing streak last Thursday.
After jumping out to a 3-0 lead after one inning, the Devils scored their first run in the top of the second, before STAB added another run in the bottom half of the inning. Miller pulled to within two in the top of the third as Hunter Bacot belted an RBI single to right, but that's as close as the Devils would get.
STAB will look to make it three straight wins tomorrow night, as they welcome Collegiate. For a list of tonight's high school scores, check out our local sports scoreboard.
