Jamil Tucker Takes Leave of Absence from UVa Basketball

Cavalier men's basketball coach Tony Bennett announced Wednesday that forward Jamil Tucker will take a leave of absence from the team to focus on personal matters.

Tucker has played in 88 games for the Cavaliers during his career, including playing in all 28 games last season which he averaged 7.4 points and 3.8 rebounds per game.

Tucker will not be able to practice or play with the team during his leave. There is no time table set on his return.
