Sophomore right handed pitcher Jacob Thompson will make his final regular season start tomorrow, and is in the top two in the ACC in every major category. Entering tomorrow's game, Thompson leads the conference with a 1.48 earned run average and 91.1 innings pitched. He's also second in the conference with ten wins and 85 strikeouts, but statistics are not the only thing special about Thompson. His attitude towards baseball and learning about the game are what makes him as good as he is, according to Brian O'Connor.
