Albemarle High School Senior Wins City Golf Tournament

17-year-old Wes Eklund takes home the Charlottesville City Golf Tournament. He finished the three day tournament with eight under par. Eklund and Mahone were even through eighteen holes, pushing it into a one hole playoff. Eklund birdied the par three to take home the championship ring. Radford University senior Nick Little finished in third with five under par.
