It couldn't get much worse for Virginia men's basketball. Their leading scorer is done for the rest of the season, as Sylven Landesberg was suspended for academic reasons, also Cavalier senior captain Calvin Baker took a leave of absence to be with an ill family member.
Virginia basketball has it's back against the wall in Greensboro for the ACC tournament, and that's the way they like it.
The Hoos have nothing to lose, and riding this nine game losing skid they feel prepared for the flex offense that Boston College brings to the table. On March 4th, the Cavs made their way to Chestnut Hill, MA and fell to the Eagles but are ready for the Eagles intensity this time around.
Tip off is set for noon on Thursday in Greensboro, N.C.
