Kendall Ballard didn't need much of a scouting report when choosing where to play field hockey in college.
The Charlottesville rising senior will play at Ohio University on a full scholarship, following her sister Katherine, who also played for the Bobcats in the late 2000's.
"I think it's going to be great," Kendall explained. "I know the coaches are going to do everything possible to help me make it, hopefully on the national team. I love all the girls there, I love the school from my sister playing there so I think it's going to be great."
Ballard is the reigning Player of the Year in both the Jefferson District and Conference 23, and is part of U.S. Field Hockey's Futures program.
