The Virginia football program continues to see success on the recruiting trail, despite the Cavaliers' struggles on the field.
Virginia landed a verbal commitment from consensus three-star cornerback Darious Latimore on Monday, according to reports by multiple recruiting websites. Latimore becomes the 11th member of the Cavaliers' 2014 recruiting class.
Latimore, from Central Gwinnett High School, made an official visit to Virginia this past weekend. The Cavaliers lost 35-22 to Duke -- blowing a 22-0 lead in the process -- to fall to 2-5 on the season on Saturday.
