A couple Virginia football alums stood out in the Thanksgiving Day games played Thursday in the NFL.

Kevin Ogletree caught a 20-yard touchdown pass in the Detroit Lions' 40-10 win over NFC North rival Green Bay. It was his only reception of the game but it was a highlight-reel grab, with Ogletree spinning around to snag the ball one-handed for the score.

Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Heath Miller was heavily involved in the team's 22-20 loss to AFC North rival Baltimore Thursday night. Miller led the team in receptions (8) and receiving yards (86).
