Some familiar faces led the way for the Virginia men's basketball team again on Tuesday.

Senior Mike Scott had another double-double (a game-high 23 points and 10 rebounds), and sophomore Joe Harris matched his career high with five three-pointers (and finished with 19 points) in a 65-61 win over Clemson.

"I thought Joe and Mike, offensively, were terrific tonight," coach Tony Bennett said after the game. "We got some things in the attack, but it was nice to see that. And we needed it."

Scott and Harris shot a combined 15-of-20 from the floor for No. 16 Virginia, which improved to 18-3 on the season, 5-2 in the ACC. Those 18 wins are the most at the end of January for the UVa basketball program since 1982.

Scott hit three of his three-pointers during a 21-5 Virginia run early in the second half that wiped out a five-point deficit. The Cavaliers led by as many as 11 in the second half.

Clemson had a chance to tie the game with 18 seconds to play, but a three-pointer by Andre Young was off the mark. Scott hit four free throws in the game's final 17 seconds to seal the victory.

Devin Booker led Clemson with 16 points in the loss.
