Injuries were often a problem for defensive lineman Brent Urban during his college football career at Virginia. Now the rookie may be sidelined for the Baltimore Ravens this season.
Urban had to be carted off the practice field Wednesday afternoon at Ravens training camp because of a knee injury. According to the team's website, Urban was set to undergo an MRI on the injured knee Wednesday night.
“We’ll just hope and pray for the best on that one,” coach John Harbaugh said after practice.
The Ravens took Urban in the fourth round of the NFL Draft in May. He already missed part of Baltimore's organized team activities because of the same ankle injury that forced Urban to miss four games for the Cavaliers last season.
