Crews were hard at work on Sunday night, installing a new artificial turf field at Charlottesville High School's football stadium.
Construction on the nearly $100,000 project began on Oct. 15. It is expected to be finished in time for the Black Knights' season finale, which will serve at the team's homecoming game.
The team will play away this week and then will return home for a game against Powhatan on Nov. 4.
