Downtown Athletic Power Poll -- February 10

Here is this week's edition of the Downtown Athletic Power Poll for the 2013-14 prep basketball season in Central Virginia. Various members of the local media submit their polls each week, and those votes are used to determine the rankings in both boys' and girls' basketball.
