The Jefferson District has made some adjustments to its boys soccer and semifinal schedules on Wednesday, in hopes of avoiding a second straight washout.

The softball semifinals, which were rained out on Tuesday at Charlottesville High School, have been moved to the higher seeds, with both games beginning at 6 p.m. Wednesday. Monticello is at Louisa, and Powhatan will host Fluvanna in those two games.

The boys soccer semifinals were suspended on Tuesday with Western Albemarle leading Charlottesville 1-0 early in the first game. That game is scheduled to resume at 5 p.m. at CHS. The other semifinal between Fluvanna and Monticello has been moved to Monticello High School, with a 6 p.m. start time.
