William & Mary is the latest in-state FCS college program to make a scholarship offer to Monticello's Jhalil Mosley.
The Tribe's offer came on Thursday afternoon. William & Mary joins James Madison and VMI as programs that have offered Mosley scholarships to play quarterback.
Mosley attended a camp at William & Mary earlier this week.
Virginia has also expressed interest in Mosley, although not as a quarterback. At a camp last week on Grounds, Mosley ran drills for Virginia coaches as a wide receiver, defensive back, and kick returner. Mosley said afterward that he'd be open to a position change at the college level.
Mosley was a second-team All-Jefferson District selection as a junior at Monticello in 2011. He put up 1,907 passing yards and 655 rushing yards, and scored 31 total touchdowns.
