UVa's Winning Streak Ends in Raleigh

The Cavaliers' 7-game winning streak comes to an end against N.C. State, 29-24.
The Cavaliers lead only once during the fourth quarter. Jameel Sewell threw for 260 yards and two touchdowns. Sewell was injured in the fourth quarter and did not play the final two possessions. Freshman Peter Lalich finished out the game for the Cavaliers but was unable to make a late-game comeback.
Mikell Simpson lead the Cavaliers with 117 all-purpose yards and two touchdowns. Cary Koch scored the only other Cavalier touchdown.
The Cavs fall to 7 and 2 on the season. The 'Hoos return to action November 3rd at Scott Stadium against Wake Forest.
