Greg Miclat went 4-4 with three RBI, while Jarrett Parker went 2-3 with three runs scored, as the Cavalier baseball team topped Radford this afternoon, 8-2, at Davenport Field. The win improves Virginia's record to 12-2.

Matt Packer threw five solid innings on the mound, allowing only one earned run. It was the only earned run the sophomore has given up in his last four appearances.

Virginia was coming off two straight losses at NC State this past weekend, and fell to 1-2 in the ACC. They are currently in a fourth place tie with Duke for fourth place in the Coastal Division.

The Cavaliers get back to action tomorrow, as they host Navy at Davenport Field. First pitch is set for 4:00. Virginia then hits the road for a three game set with Duke beginning on Friday in Durham.
