Danny Hultzen missed nearly two months with a rotator cuff injury but Thursday flashed the form that made him the No. 2 overall pick in the 2011 MLB Draft.

The lefty allowed just two hits in six innings with six strikeouts and just one walk in Tacoma's 2-0 win over Las Vegas.

Hultzen had been on the DL since he couldn't get loose before his scheduled start April 25 in Las Vegas and was scratched. His injury was later diagnosed as a rotator cuff strain.

In five starts at Tacoma this season, Hultzen is 4-1 with a 2.20 ERA.
