Former Virginia golfer Ben Kohles shot a 74 on Sunday, in the final round of the Wyndham Championship in Greensboro, North Carolina. He finished the weekend +3 overall.
Kohles is making his PGA debut at the Wyndham Championship in Greensboro this week. He received a sponsor's exemption for the tournament after recently winning his first two pro starts on the Web.com Tour.
Kohles was even on the front nine Sunday, but bogeyed four times on the back nine, to finish +4 on the day.
While Kohles was able to finish his round on Sunday, many golfers were not. Due to heavy rains, play at Wyndham was delayed until Monday. The leaders were on the 4th hole when play was suspended. Sergio Garcia led the field at -15, with three golfers just one shot off the pace.
