More Postseason Honors for Harris, Parks and Moses

Anthony Harris, Kevin Parks and Morgan Moses led the Virginia football team on the field this season and Wednesday they were recognized for their play.

Harris was selected first team All-ACC by the conference's 14 head coaches. Parks and Moses were each named to the second team.

Harris was named to the media’s All-ACC first team last week, while Parks took home second team honors. Moses was a third team honoree.

Harris, a junior safety, leads the nation with eight interceptions, which included a UVa record five-straight games with a pick. He earned Walter Camp National Defensive Player of the Week honors for his effort in the win over BYU, in which he intercepted a pass, blocked a punt and made 11 tackles.

Parks, a junior running back, became the first Cavalier to rush for at least 1,000 yards in a season since 2004. He finished with 1,031 yards, which ranks No. 12 all-time at UVa for rushing yards in a season. Parks finished No. 2 in the ACC with 1,031 total rushing yards and 85.9 rushing yards per game, while he ranks No. 2 among ACC running backs with 113.5 all-purpose yards per game.

Moses, a senior offensive tackle, started all 12 games at left tackle and finished his UVa career with 43 starts between both tackles positions and right guard. He yielded only two sacks in 506 pass attempts.
