Three Cavs Repeat as All-ACC Selections

On Wednesday, senior Steele Stanwick became the 16th three-time All-ACC selection in Virginia men's lacrosse history.

Stanwick, the reigning ACC player of the year, currently leads the league with 39 assists and 57 points. He's also been named the ACC's player of the week three times this season.

Stanwick was one of three Cavaliers named to the All-ACC team on Wednesday. Midfielders Colin Briggs and Chris LaPierre were also repeat selections from 2011. Briggs, a senior, has 16 goals and 14 assists on the season. LaPierre, a junior, leads Virginia with 50 ground balls.
