Biography:

Jessica joined the Newsplex team in August 2012 as a news reporter after graduating from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

Her reporting experience started at the largest and oldest student-run television station in the country, CitrusTV, where she was a news reporter and host for the morning show. She's interned with NY1 News in New York City, YNN Channel 10 in Syracuse and most recently, for On the Record with Greta Van Susteren at Fox News in New York. While at Syracuse she was a member of the first Student Philanthropy Council, sang the national anthem at SU basketball and lacrosse games and served as Vice President of the Student Association. She is also a proud alumni member of Kappa Kappa Gamma.

When she isn't working Jessica can be found exploring all that Charlottesville has to offer, drinking coffee, dancing and singing! She'll be sporting her orange and blue gear to cheer on the Orange (who just recently joined the ACC!). As a true New York girl, she'll be rooting for the Yankees and Giants as well.
