A 16-hour, ServSafe food safety managers certification course will be held in Charlottesville (March24 & 31) at the at the Albemarle County Office Building, 401 McIntire Rd, Charlottesville, Room 235. Food service managers, catering managers, chefs, dietary managers and others commercially preparing food are encouraged to attend. The course covers all aspects of food safety (food borne illness, handling, storage, service, etc), including local health regulations, and is taught by Virginia Cooperative Extension Agents and Virginia Department of Health Specialists.
