Pack The Bus! A Food Drive for the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank
Aug 1, 2011 - Aug 7, 2011 All Day
Seminole Square Shopping Center
With school starting back up in a few short weeks, students (and parents too!) will begin to pack up their backpacks to head off to class. Help us “Pack the Bus” and support our local Blue Ridge Area Food Bank! While shopping at Giant Food at Seminole Square, you can add some food items to the donation bins. Bins will be around the store from August 1st to the 4th, and on August 5th, with the help of Les Sinclair from Z95.1, we’ll start packing an Albemarle County Public School Bus! Packing will end on August 7th.
Also, while you’re at Seminole Square, make sure you use your Bonus Bucks! Save $1, $10, or even $100. 10% of each buck redeemed benefits the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Virginia.
