Options? Satellite in Staunton/Augusta on Sat mornings.
Weekday support runs at Lake Monticello, Staunton/Augusta, Greene, Madison, Nelson & Charlottesville
Cost $20, $15 if CTC member
Training program is SEPARATE FROM THE RACE! Race to be held on 8/31
Proceeds will be donated to the UVA Cancer Care Center!
Women of all ages are invited to participate in the 20th Annual CTC Women's Four Miler Training Program. Join us for 11 consecutive Saturdays of group training and talks by experts on a variety of women's health topics. You may attend any or all sessions. "The Park" at UVA North Grounds
Women and girls (recommended ages 8+) are invited to participate in the 18th Annual Women’s Four Miler Training Program! Walkers and runners of any level are welcome to make this summer THE ONE.
Join us at our NEW location “The Park” - a UVA sports complex past the Law School at the end of Massie Road. This 11 week Saturday program provides group training and talks by experts on a variety of women’s health topics in preparation for the Women’s Four Miler Race to be held September 3rd.
Your registration includes a program manual and women’s fitness information. Pre-Registration is going on NOW online. Early bird registration and advanced packet pick-up will be held: Thursday, 6/16 & Friday, 6/17 from 11am - 1 pm & 5pm - 7 pm at ACAC in Albemarle Square.

Grant Search 101 - Using the Foundation Library
