For this week's UVa Today segment, Dean Billy Cannaday of the School of Continuing studies visited the Newsplex to talk about the University of Virginia's education benefit for employees.

Full-time and part-time employees who have worked for the university for a year are eligible to receive up to $2,000 for any educational courses. The money can be used at the university, community colleges or any vocational center. The program is to help employees with their career development plans.

To learn more about how to apply for the money, visit the university's human resources website.
