On October 18th, I went to Nathanael Greene Elementary School in Stanardsville to speak with the 4th grade classes. We had a wonderful time talking about how a meteorologist makes a forecast from start to finish. We talked about why forecasts were so important and then thought of all the different ways meteorologists can broadcast the weather. We had so many students we had to split up, but we snapped two fun group pictures!
