On February 11th I visited 4th graders at Woodbrook Elementary School in Albemarle County. We talked about various topics in Meteorology, including how to make a forecast and tornado safety. The students had just finished the section on Meteorology in their science class and were eager to share what they had learned with me. We went over cloud types and even discussed high and low pressures. After answering questions about weather and televising, we all took a group picture in the Cafeteria.
