On April 14th, a group of Girl Scouts from Woodbrook Elementary came by the station for a tour of the weather center. While they were here, we talked about all of the different weather computers and why they are so useful to our team of meteorologists. Then all of the girls got to try doing the weather forecast in front of our green screen. They found it that it can be a little bit harder than it looks! We all had a great time and then snapped a photo at the anchor desk.
